Ashley has an extensive knowledge of the Chicago commercial real estate market. After graduating from University of Kansas with a degree in architectural studies, she worked in Kansas City as a commercial leasing agent at a 2.1-million square foot office park. While working for an institutional owner, she learned valuable skills, such as client reporting, communication and accountability. In 2006, Ashley moved to Chicago and began her venture into the niche of distressed real estate selling property across the country via accelerated disposition methods at Sheldon Good & Company. She later moved to CBRE to help create their Auction Services department prior to progressing her focus to representation of buyers and sellers of distressed real estate. She has significant experience with bankruptcy, workouts, foreclosure and accelerated disposition of real estate. She has executed sales for such clients as Prudential, Huntington Bank, Dow Chemical, Markle Bank, Ambit Funding, Citizens Bank and Private Bank and represented individuals and private equity groups in the purchase of distressed property and notes.
