Ashley Harrison is a commercial real estate broker in Colliers’ Nashville office, specializing in Class A and trophy office leasing. She advises both institutional landlords and office tenants, with a focus on driving value through strategic positioning, market intelligence, and disciplined lease negotiations.
Since relocating to Nashville in January 2023, Ashley has been involved in some of the market’s most competitive assignments, including landlord leasing, tenant advisory, and complex negotiations across Nashville’s premier assets. She represents Nashville Yards, supporting leasing efforts totaling over 1 million square feet within one of the Southeast’s most significant mixed-use developments. In addition, Ashley advises tenants throughout the leasing process, helping organizations evaluate workplace strategy, negotiate economic terms, and identify opportunities to create long-term real estate value.
Prior to moving to Nashville, Ashley was Vice President in MB Real Estate’s Leasing Services division in Chicago, where she specialized in downtown landlord representation. During her five years in Chicago, she contributed to leasing 3.5 million square feet and was actively involved in lease negotiations totaling approximately $200,000,000. Before joining MB Real Estate, Ashley spent four years in real estate private equity, developing a strong owner’s perspective that continues to shape her advisory approach.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys golfing and exploring many of the country’s most iconic courses, as well as hiking the trails at Percy Warner Park
