Bio
As Vice President of Acquisitions, Ashley is responsible for effectively sourcing capital deployment opportunities inclusive of land development and building acquisitions, as well as marketing and branding Phelan properties. Ashley works directly with the Southern California partners by communicating and maintaining relationships with property sellers, brokers, and consultants. She also takes lead on overseeing the escrow process for new acquisitions.
Ashley began her commercial real estate career at CBRE in Newport Beach where she worked with a team of retail brokers focusing on retail leasing throughout Orange County. After, Ashley worked at Teles Properties as a Residential Real Estate Agent, expanding her sales skills and successfully representing Sellers, Buyers, and Tenants.
Ashley graduated from the College of Communications with a Bachelor’s degree in 2015 at University of Arizona. She currently holds a California Real Estate License.
