Ashley is a leasing professional with over 12 years of experience at Merritt Properties, where she manages leasing responsibilities for over 7 million square feet of commercial space in Maryland's northern region, including new development projects such as White Marsh Interchange Park, 226 Schilling, and Red Run Commerce Center. Ashley has formed strong relationships with local and national corporations, attracting new clients and meeting the needs of Merritt's existing customer base. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Science. While there, she captained the university’s field hockey team where she led them to its 3rd national title in school history. She remains actively involved with the team as a fundraiser and booster for the program. Additionally, for over 12 years, Ashley ran the Col. D. Lyle Hohnstine Memorial Foundation, raising funds for Operation Homefront and Wounded Warrior Project to support our Soldiers and their families.
