Ashley Snyder, Vice President of CRESA Partners w Orange County, has a diverse background in the industry, including construction project management, relocation planning & management and business development. Ashley is responsible for creating, managing and coordinating large scale projects involving specialists from a multitude of professional disciplines. Prior to joining CRESA Partners w Orange County, Ashley was Project Development Advisor for CRESA Partners w Denver and a scientist at Blasland, Bouck & Lee, Inc.
Ashley and her teams have generated millions of dollars in corporate savings for companies such as Shell Oil, State Farm Insurance, StarTek and Home American Mortgage. In the last three years, Ashley has handled three of the largest Denver-area relocation projects: City of Aurora in 2002, Gates Corporation New World Headquarters in 2003 and, most recently, coordinated all relocation activities for DigitalGlobe.
Ashley’s particular strengths lie in managing short-fuse, high-risk, high-exposure projects with finesse. As a relocation planning & management expert with over 1 million square feet of experience, Ashley can handle the finite execution details of any size project.
