Ashley Walker is the Founder and President of CREA, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in buying, selling, leasing, developments, and investments throughout Florida.
Ashley began her commercial real estate career in 2002 with an owner-developer, where her work spanned lot assemblage, acquisitions, and large-scale commercial development projects. Over more than 20 years in the industry, she has held sales, management, and senior executive roles, building deep expertise in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales.
Her niche specialty is healthcare real estate — medical office buildings and physician-owned properties — where she advises physicians, practice owners, and high-net-worth investors across Central Florida, including Winter Garden, Clermont, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Orlando, and Lake Wales.
An Alabama native, Ashley relocated to Florida in 2009. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Alabama and attended Barry University School of Law. Ashley lives in Winter Garden with her husband, Tim, and two daughters.
