Atanu began his commercial real estate career in 2013, and over the past three years has completed transactions of over 450,000 square feet; with a gross value totaling over $38,000,000.
Most notably, he was engaged by BYD, an electric Chinese car manufacturer, where he was entrusted with the goal of acquiring numerous charging facilities in Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx. Atanu also worked on the 2014 relocation of the Willets Point Auto Co-Op in Queens to their new Bronx facility.
Atanu attended the State University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of Liberal Arts. In addition, he is a current Board Member of the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Friends of the Greenburgh Public Library.
