Hailing from Ann Arbor Michigan, I came to Tempe in 1994. I have watched Arizona change and flourish while studying various niches of our Valley and its unique offerings. Real Estate is my true passion, and over the last 16 years I have experienced and mastered many facets of the industry. As a seasoned investor and remodeler in the fix-and-flip market (doing much of the work myself...I love demo day!) which gives me an advantage over the competition because I understand the structure and mechanics of a home and its endless possibilities. In 2007 I helped to start Park Place Luxury homes in Salt Lake City, building out my own subdivision.
I deeply enjoy finding the perfect home for my clientele whether they are a first time home buyer, experienced buyer or investor. With my unique skill set, I can assist buyers in finding the perfect home and envisioning its full potential. When I represent a seller, I specialize in enhancing the valuable qualities of their home, as I know most homeowners have poured their hearts into creating their space, and telling the story of the property. I thrive on getting top dollar for my listings.

In my time off, I enjoy traveling, bicycling, hiking, car shows, Bodypump, spending time with my dogs, and home improvement projects.
