Austin Armstrong joined Agree Realty in October of 2023 as Director of Development. He is responsible for originating development opportunities for retailer clients and for sourcing and facilitating the company’s Developer Funding Platform by working directly with developer partners.
Prior to joining the Company, Austin worked for A.F. Jonna Development as the Senior Director of Leasing and Acquisitions where he managed the leasing for a portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings, as well as working on acquisition strategies for retail and multifamily properties.
Austin holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and completed his Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
In his free time, Austin enjoys golf, tennis, watching football, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle, Franklin.
