Austin Blankenship is responsible for overseeing the loan process and due diligence through closing for deals processed as well as the preliminary analysis, underwriting and marketing of each transaction. He has worked on a variety of financing structures, which include credit facilities, permanent debt and interim bridge financing. Throughout his commercial real estate finance career, Mr. Blankenship has underwritten and closed over $1 billion in transactions with various financial institutions.
