Austin Koch serves as an associate in Newmark’s Pittsburgh office, where he works on the brokerage team led by Executive Managing Director, Gerard McLaughlin, and Managing Director, David Koch. Austin focuses on tenant and landlord representation assignments, business development, and cultivating new and existing relationships.
Austin joined Newmark in 2022 from Bozzuto Property Management where he had been a member of the leasing team. Prior to his career in brokerage, Austin developed his sales and rhetoric skills while living in Washington DC and working at Yelp.
Austin’s background in inside and outside sales, as well as having grown up in Pittsburgh, make him well suited to add value to his clients through a vast understanding of the area and its current market conditions.
