He CIP efforts for acquisitions, asset management and investment management. With over 7 years of experience in the multifamily sector, he specializes in investments across major Sunbelt markets. Since 2018, he has been involved in over $900 million in total acquisition, development, and lending activity. He most recently served as Vice President at a prominent Texas-based multifamily owner and developer, focusing on investment management, capital markets, and asset management. During his time there, he played a key role in the acquisition and development of over 1,500 multifamily units. Austin has also held key roles at Kalterra Capital Partners, Bay Mountain Capital, and Triple Crown Investments. He earned his BS in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis from Texas Christian University. He is based in Dallas, TX.
