Austin Nagy is a Senior Vice President with CBRE | Raleigh’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics Team. He is responsible for handling sale and lease transactions, representing both the owners and users in Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets.
Austin joined CBRE | Raleigh in 2017 and is an integral member of the Industrial & Logistics team focusing on the sales and leasing of manufacturing, warehouse and flex product types, handling all aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process. He is directly involved in the day-to-day leasing and strategic marketing activities of project leasing and representative transactions with landlords of industrial properties, along with providing tailored creative solutions for occupiers, and has an extensive track record of successful campaign leadership.
Prior to joining CBRE, Austin gained valuable sales experience as a Sales Development Representative with Phreesia, a large medical software development firm. In addition, Austin’s real estate experience began during his internship with Dewitt Carolinas, where he assisted in the day-to-day activities of commercial real estate.
