Austin Ratcliff is a Development Manager for Virgata Property Company. Austin manages all aspects of the development process including site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, construction management, tenant construction coordination, property management, and leasing.

Austin joined Virgata in 2020 with 5 years of commercial property management and tenant construction coordination experience in the Greater Houston area. In his prior roles, Austin’s responsibilities included managing vendor services, contract negotiations, the implementation of lease agreements, and the tenant build-out process as a landlord representative. His experience also includes budget development and forecasting, market research and analysis, real estate accounting, and business development to increase ROI. Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Texas in 2014.
