Austin Ray Huffman is a San Diego multifamily investment sales advisor specializing in the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties throughout San Diego County. He advises private investors, developers, family offices, and institutional owners, with experience spanning newly constructed apartments, coastal properties, infill assets, development opportunities, distressed sales, privately owned apartment communities, and complex transactions involving 1031 exchange capital.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Austin has listed and closed more than $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. As a founding member of the Zorbas Huffman Group, he is part of one of San Diego's most active multifamily investment sales teams. The group's principals have completed more than 800 transactions totaling over $6 billion in sales volume.
A third generation San Diego apartment professional, Austin comes from a family with more than six decades of experience in multifamily real estate.
