Austin Wells brings a hands-on, full-cycle understanding of real estate that spans investment, construction, and asset management. He began his career in 2013 flipping homes in Arizona, personally overseeing and completing construction on his projects—building a foundation of practical knowledge that continues to inform his approach today.
While building his residential investment portfolio, Austin was also actively analyzing commercial real estate opportunities for years—developing a strong foundation in underwriting, market research, and value identification. After relocating back to Texas, he formally expanded his business into commercial real estate, where he now focuses on property management, brokerage, and tenant finish-outs.
Currently nearing completion of his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, Austin combines real-world experience with advanced financial and operational expertise. While many of his transactions are commercial and not reflected in traditional listing profiles, his track record includes advising on complex deals, identifying value-add opportunities, and executing detailed market research to support strategic decision-making.
