Originally from Staunton, VA, Ava brings a grounded, community-rooted perspective to commercial real estate in the Shenandoah Valley. Growing up in a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs, she developed an early appreciation for how property and business intersect, and has spent years building the knowledge and instincts to match.
