Baker began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2003 and acquired Bell Commercial in 2007.
Baker works on all facets of brokerage from tenant representation, site acquisition, investment sales, third party leasing, to portfolio disposition.
Mr. Bell believes that strong relationships, hard work, and good values are the foundations for success in commercial real estate and in life. Through these principals, Mr. Bell has led the firm to over $500M in transactions, over 500 deals closed, and most importantly, client relationships that will last a lifetime.
Mr. Bell is a graduate of Lander University and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and two boys. He is an avid hunter and fisherman with a passion for the outdoors.
