Bio
Mr. Morphy is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, asset management and managing joint venture relationships with the firm’s institutional partners. Previously, Mr. Morphy worked at Invesco Real Estate where he worked on acquisitions of all product types throughout the west coast. He loved his time at Invesco helping acquire both value add and core investments for the different commingled and separate account funds. Prior to Invesco, Mr. Morphy spent his career as a sales broker working at JLL and the Trammell Crow Company. As an Investment sales broker, he was able to work on office, industrial and retail commercial real estate dispositions. Mr. Morphy earned a degree from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of both ULI and ICSC. Mr. Morphy enjoys living in southern California with his wife and three kids.
