Barbara Bouvier Stepp began her Real Estate career in 2010. With her love for working with
entrepreneurs, business owners and Investors she knew commercial real estate was for her.
Barbara also brings to the table 16 years of business management, sales & marketing,
customer service, and client acquisition experience. Barbara has worked as a business
manager for some of the biggest names in the retail industry. Barbara specializes in
investment properties and leasing. Her love for commercial investment assets makes her
commercial to the core. She works with buyers, sellers and investors. Barbara continuously
focusses on sharpening her skills in commercial real estate and delivers exceptional
customer service to each client.
With her responsiveness, ongoing communication, and proactive approach, her clients are
kept well versed at every stage of the project. She knows that each case is different but
applies to each project a sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset. Barbara has
resided in Bethesda, Maryland for 18 years and is very familiar with the Washington, DC
MSA commercial real estate market. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in marketing and
a degree in Business Technology. She is a member of the DCREI association of investors
and affiliated with the Washington REI network.
