Barbara Liberatore Black is an Executive Vice President at CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE, Barbara was one of four Founding Partners of Cresa nationally. Barbara began this career in 1980, specializing in tenant representation and handling the real estate needs of tenants. Experience During her career, Barbara has completed office lease transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet. Barbara is an expert in law firm transactions having represented over 60 law firm transactions; recent transactions include Shutts & Bowen which was the largest downtown office lease in South Florida and Gray Robinson for 35,000 RSF. Recently she handled US Century Bank for 40,000 RSF and is currently representing Modernizing Medicine, CHG, Marsh, Weiss Serota, to name a few. She has also been the exclusive representative for many financial institutions, corporations and Not-For-Profit organizations.
