Barrett Stephan is an formerly an assistant director in Savills Chicago office, responsible for business development, financial analysis, market research and activity reporting. Barrett works in conjunction with an account management team that is entirely focused on helping commercial occupiers maximize their real estate. His client experience includes financial services, retail/e-commerce, distribution and manufacturing companies.
Barrett joined Savills in 2020, after working as an associate with JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group for two and a half years, where he performed financial analysis, market research and business development. He was also a participant in JLL’s “Young Guns” program.
Barrett contributes to his community by serving as a member of the Associate Boards of the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab and Golden Apple Foundation. He holds an Illinois Real Estate License.
