Barry has over three decades of real estate finance experience, having served as the CFO of several public and private real estate companies., including First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO), which he helped to take public in 2003, and Carr Properties, a major office building owner and developer in the Washington, DC area, owned by JP Morgan’s Special Situation Property Fund and Alony Hetz, a real estate holding company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Barry was also the CFO of Holistic Industries, one of the largest multi-state cannabis operators in the country and the Chief Business Officer at Willco, a private developer/family office based in Potomac, Maryland. Earlier in his career, Barry was a Principal in Legg Mason’s investment banking group, Executive Vice President at The Artery Group, a Washington-area developer, and Vice President at Winthrop Financial Associates in
Boston.
Barry graduated with a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and completed coursework in Babson College’s part-time MBA program.
