Mr. Johnson is the Managing Director of Acquisitions for DealPoint Merrill. In this role, he is responsible for originations, structuring, financing, and operations for Delaware Statutory Trust products. Beofre DealPoint Merrill, Mr. Johnson managed multiple real estate private equity funds across diverse strategies and structures.
