Mr. Lewen develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients as a tenant representative, leasing agent, and advisor for asset sales. Mr. Lewen has represented GE Asset Management, New York University, Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, CBS Outdoor Division, Block O’Toole & Murphy, StormHarbour Securities, Royal Bank of Scotland, Harper Collins Publishers, and Guardian Life Insurance.
Prior to joining Cresa New York, Mr. Lewen served as Director of Leasing at Monday Properties, managing more than 4 million square feet in the New York region. He then served for more than six years as Senior Managing Director with Grubb & Ellis and five years as Executive Managing Director with CBC Advisors. Mr. Lewen has performed in a number of other roles throughout his career including as Regional Leasing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (and prior with The Galbreath Co.), Senior Vice President at Edward S. Gordon Company, and Vice President of Leasing at Helmsley Spear, Inc.
Mr. Lewen is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and the Larchmont/Mamaroneck UJA Federation Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
