Barton L. Mackey, Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Delaware office in 2023.
Bart has been engaged in Commercial Real Estate brokerage for more than 30 years. He has represented local, regional, national, and global clients in a broad sales and leasing assignment history that includes office (tenant & landlord), industrial, retail, multifamily, land, development, re-development, investment sales and receivership. He has also represented and counseled non-profit organizations to include schools, museums, and foundations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Bart was one of the founding brokers and a principal of Patterson-Woods Corfac International, one of Delaware’s largest commercial brokerage firms.
Bart has taken a long-game approach in an often behind-the-scenes, non-published manner. His goal has been to prudently represent his clients and structure the best deal that the market will deliver.
