Bio
Basil Newburn is a Partner of Tidemark Real Estate Services. Basil manages over 300,000 square feet of industrial real estate across Orange County and North San Diego County. Additionally, Basil leads financial activities for Tidemark, including portfolio analysis, investment analysis, debt strategy and refinancing, and internal financial operations.
Prior to Tidemark, Basil was a management consultant specializing in financial planning, public bond issuances, and commercial lease negotiations at major U.S. hub airports. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
Basil is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
