Beatriz Miguel is the newly appointed Director General of ILUNION Hotels, having advanced through over two decades with the organization. Previously, as Director of Business since 2024, she oversaw operations, commercial strategy, and business intelligence. A graduate in Tourism from the University of Valladolid, she holds executive training credentials from IESE and ESADE.
