Bio
Born in Vancouver, Becky grew up in Victoria on Vancouver Island. She has 20 years real estate experience, 10 years in Victoria managing her family’s commercial real estate facilitating tenant relations, negotiating and renewing retail and office leasing. Becky was also a partner in a custom construction business building custom homes in Victoria’s premier neighbourhoods. Becky moved to Vancouver in 2014 and made her way to real estate working for a top producing team on Vancouver Westside. She learned strong administrative, and contract negotiating skills and became licensed in 2015 and currently works at Re/Max Select Properties in Kerrisdale. Becky gained her RE/MAX ACP Commercial Designation in 2016 and represents buyers and sellers in small businesses, restaurants, franchises and business asset sales all over the lower mainland. Becky has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Becky has sold Subway, Boston Pizza and Wendy’s franchises as well as many other businesses from office furniture to jewellery stores, restaurants, hotels and development sites.
