Beejal Northrup leads the financial planning, investment underwriting, leasing analytics, portfolio analytics and credit review functions for Irvine Company’s Office division.
Prior to joining Irvine Company in 2020, Beejal worked for 20+ years in financial roles at various companies, including 11 years at Healthpeak Properties, a $20 billion publicly traded healthcare REIT, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the Medical Office division.
Beejal received her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her BS in Physiological Science with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
In her spare time, Beejal enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, trying unique restaurants, playi?ng ping pong and pickleball, and watching creative movies.??
