Ben Anderson joined Colliers in 2020 as an Associate with a focus on representing owners and occupiers of industrial real estate, in leasing and sales transactions. Since joining the firm, Ben has assisted clients in over 100 sales and leasing assignments totaling more than $100 million in consideration, creating value and savings for businesses both locally and nationally. Ben advises both local and institutional level owners and occupants on industrial real estate transactions ranging from low coverage industrial outdoor storage sites (IOS) to larger scale second generation and new industrial developments in the Port of Virginia region.
