Mr. Beaird is a Director in the Dallas office of HFF with more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily responsible for land investment sales transactions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Throughout his career, Mr. Beaird has been involved in real estate asset sales and acquisitions totaling more than $500 million.
Mr. Beaird joined the firm in June 2014. He joins HFF from Beaird Commercial Realty where he was responsible for business development, acquisition of property for developers and investors, and land dispositions. Prior to that, he was Director of Economic Development for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
