Bio
Ben is the founder and principal broker at B&B Properties. He began his career after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Finance. Real estate has been his lifelong work. He started out working for the developer of Elkins Lake then formed B&B Properties in 1981, primarily focusing on Farm and Ranch land. As the business grew, many associates trained under his leadership. Ben proudly notes those associates became great competition. Today B&B Properties is part of a multi business enterprise in Development, Construction, Management and Brokerage. Ben’s notable developments are Timberwilde Subdivision, High Grade Business Park, Hobby Lobby Shopping Center and The West Hill Apartments along with many other developments in and around the Huntsville area.
