In 2025 Ben was promoted to the position of Executive Vice Chairman, the firms most senior and coveted title, where he is currently one of the youngest to hold this role globally. His team brings to the table a diverse set of skills to develop complex real estate strategies for the firm’s largest corporate clients. Ben also serves as the global account leader for Fujitsu, SGS, Panasonic, among others where he manages the portfolio strategy and delivery of integrated services for over 2,600 office, laboratory and warehouse/distribution locations throughout the world.
As of 2025, he has had the privilege of negotiating 1,100 real estate transactions throughout North America, EMEA and Asia, which represent a collective value of $3,056,957,831 and over 22m square feet.
