Ben has worked as a consultant and a developer during his nearly 30 year career in property. He has advised on large urban extension sites at Nottingham, Newark, Bingham, Lincoln, Gedling and Mansfield.
In his professional work, he is an RICS registered valuer, who carries out expert witness work and gives evidence in relation to planning appeals, option negotiations, boundary disputes.
He also has expertise advising on city centre mixed use opportunities across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby as part of Savills mixed use team repurposing our rapidly changing cityscapes.
