Bio
Ben supports asset performance across budgeting, CAM and base-year modeling, capital planning, and AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, recurring charge validation, tenant payment review, and lender draw preparation. He also assists in acquisitions underwriting and due-diligence review, helping evaluate deal economics and operational risk. Ben works with senior leadership, property management, and leasing teams to drive accurate recoveries, stable NOI, and financially disciplined operations. Prior to Balashine, he worked in institutional industrial brokerage at Colliers in Philadelphia and in asset/property management at DSM Commercial in Wilmington, DE. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mississippi and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Delaware. Outside the office, he enjoys long-distance running, the beach, and traveling.
