Ben is a Senior Vice President with JLL where he is responsible for providing brokerage services, acquisition and disposition advisory services, financial analysis, asset valuation and market research. Ben supports the ongoing corporate real estate strategies for such diverse firms as Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Rush Enterprises and has 17 years of commercial real estate brokerage and advisory experience.
Representative clients past and present include Rush Enterprises, Marathon Petroleum, Vizrt, Texas Spine Care, Wholesale Electric Supply and Compass Rose Public Schools.
Prior to his tenure at JLL, Ben served as Director of Real Estate Finance at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, an entity subsequently acquired by JLL. Preceding this, he served as Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provided strategic support to federal clients in addressing their complex real estate requirements, conducting comprehensive real estate due diligence, performing financial feasibility analyses, contract negotiation, and overseeing project management for intricate public/private real estate ventures. Ben began his career as a Senior Analyst at Real Estate Research Corporation (Situs RERC) in Houston. There, he was entrusted with executing thorough due diligence and analysis for the valuation and underwriting of both existing and proposed real estate projects. Ben has been recognized numerous times by JLL as a national Top Achiever, underscoring his consistent delivery of outstanding results in the dynamic real estate landscape.
