Ben Langsam is a third-generation real estate agent who exudes confidence and a genuine, inherited passion for real estate. A lifelong Bondi local and Cranbrook School graduate, Ben brings an exceptional level of local knowledge and a genuine connection to the Eastern Suburbs community he calls home.
With a double degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from UNSW, Ben’s academic background is as diverse as his professional expertise. Before real estate, he worked in the rehabilitation industry, where he guided injured workers back into the workforce — an experience that refined his empathy, communication, and people skills.
Ben’s grounding in psychology and art gives him a unique perspective on real estate. He combines an intuitive understanding of human behaviour with a sharp creative eye for property presentation and marketing. This balance of analytical thinking and aesthetic sensibility allows Ben to approach every campaign with insight, precision and flair.
