Ben Mollahan is a senior associate for the CBRE Bay Area Multifamily Investment Properties Group. Starting his career at Matthew’s Real Estate, Ben spearheaded the Bay Area Multifamily investment sales for the firm.
Ben specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and land development opportunities throughout the Greater Bay Area. Since joining the CBRE Bay Area Multifamily Group he has been involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of 1,000+ apartment units representing more than $1B in transaction volume.
Ben played collegiate baseball at Chapman University where he won the National Championship in 2019. As a Bay Area native, Ben is an active member of NAIOP, Belden Club, and Toastmasters.
