Ben Nolte is an industrial real estate advisor serving owners and occupants across the Greater Albuquerque metro and throughout New Mexico. He joined NAI after 12 years with a firm focused on acquisition and development.
Ben specializes in warehouses and related industrial assets, guiding sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers in making decisions that align with their goals and desired outcomes. From the initial conversation to closing and beyond.
A lifelong learner, Ben studies market trends and best practices to add real value to his clients and transactions. Originally from Iowa, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (MIS) from UNM’s Anderson School of Management in 2003. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and personal development.
