Ben Paolone joined the Becknell Industrial team in 2020 and is responsible for developing and establishing Becknell’s capital markets platform for the long-term while securing capital and ensuring all Becknell partners receive superior service and returns. With nearly 15 years of real estate capital markets experience, Ben brings with him extensive expertise in acquisitions, financing and asset management on a national industrial development platform.
