Ben Schuster joined The Rochlin Organization in 2025, bringing with him a lifelong familiarity with the commercial real estate industry.
Born and raised in Melville, New York, Ben was introduced to the world of commercial real estate at an early age, being immersed in an environment where business discussions and the deal-making process were part of everyday conversations in his household. This early exposure sparked Ben’s interest in learning all he could about the industry with a focus on a long-term career. After earning his degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, Ben returned to Long Island to begin his professional journey in commercial real estate.
Since joining The Rochlin Organization, Ben has been developing a deep understanding of the Long Island office market from a macro-to-micro level with an intent on adding-value through constantly changing market conditions. Ben is gaining hands-on experience in landlord representation, effective marketing, outreach, and helping tenants navigate the often small world of local commercial real estate.
