Ben Wetenhall is a Junior Associate within the Brokerage team at Lee & Associates Charleston. In this role, Ben works alongside experienced brokers across all asset classes, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in commercial real estate. By observing and participating in the day-to-day operations of a successful brokerage, Ben is developing a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate transactions, client relations, and market dynamics.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ben held a Regional Sales Manager position with Sprinturf, the third-largest artificial turf company in the US. In this role, he assisted in and completed multimillion-dollar sales transactions across Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Ben's sales and data analytics experience equips him with a strong foundation to thrive in his new brokerage position.
A South Carolina native from Greenville, Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, where he was also a standout collegiate baseball player, serving as the team's shortstop. Beyond his athletic pursuits, Ben was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) on campus.
In his free time, Ben enjoys pursuing his diverse hobbies, including fishing, traveling, and reading. His well-rounded interests and commitment to professional and personal growth make him a valuable addition to the Lee & Associates team.
