Benjamin Hernandez is an associate broker specializing in industrial and office properties in the Phoenix Valley. Benjamin began brokerage after graduating from Arizona State University’s Master of Real Estate Development program.
Before attending ASU, Benjamin spent almost seven years as a land surveyor, experiencing the southwestern deserts of Arizona, the lowlands of the Mainline in Pennsylvania, and the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. He looks forward to seeing the entirety of the United States and realizes that a career in real estate is an excellent vehicle for this passion.
After graduation, Benjamin began working as a project development analyst, and fell into real estate brokerage as the discipline he focused on during the development process. Being particularly interested in the aerospace industry, Benjamin focuses on industrial and office products near technological and industrial geographies of the Phoenix Valley. Today, Benjamin enjoys acting as the ‘cog’ between the user and the space in an attempt to help others achieve their goals.
