Mr. Payes is responsible for property acquisitions, project due diligence and broker relations. Mr. Payes is also the broker of Spring Street Realty. Upon graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in economics, he became immersed in the real estate world with various positions in a commercial real estate firm and single family brokerages. He holds a real estate license in Maryland. He joined Frontier in 2006.
