Mr. Puche’s background in real estate portfolio services has allowed him to develop a comprehensive skill set in real estate transactions and management.
Prior to joining Knickpoint, Mr. Puche was at Thor Equities, a real estate investment firm with a $10 billion portfolio totaling more than 20 million square feet of retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use investments in the US, Europe, Canada, and Latin America. His primary responsibilities included acquisition, refinance, and disposition analysis as well as investor reporting.
Previously, Mr. Puche was at Cushman & Wakefield where he represented global corporations by focusing on portfolio-wide acquisition and disposition.
