Before Marcus & Millichap, Ben worked with CBRE, IPA Development, American Campus Communities, and Asset Campus Housing. Throughout his career, Ben has been involved in over $4 billion worth of multifamily, student housing, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use real estate.
