Ben is responsible for commercial real estate acquisitions. He was a Principal at Biscayne Atlantic for 10 years, where he oversaw acquisitions and asset management for a real estate portfolio that included 1.5 million square feet of commercial space and 2500 multifamily units. He has been a Principal in over $500M in real estate acquisitions.
Ben received a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Florida International University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors from the University of Florida. He is also a Real Estate Broker licensed in the State of Florida.
