Bio
Mr. Howard is an Investment Associate at Thematic Capital Group. He is responsible for the financial analysis, due diligence and transaction support for all transaction activity. In addition, Mr. Howard plays a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to clients’ commercial real estate goals.
Prior to TCG, Mr. Howard was a multifamily real estate broker where he was responsible for the valuation, transaction execution and business development within his team, which focused on the Tampa market.
Mr. Howard began his career in the startup world. He built his own company focused on spreading positivity and generating donations to charities around the world. His next stride led him to eventually joining a drone company where he primarily worked on the financial feasibility of product development while serving as a direct report to the executive team.
He is an alumnus of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, where he studied Finance.
