Bennett Faloni specializes in office and industrial leasing, as well as investment sales, for Maven. He represents landlords and tenants in office transactions and advises buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
Since earning his Bachelor of Science from Miami University, Bennett has quickly distinguished himself as one of San Francisco’s emerging leasing and sales professionals. His tenant representation work includes a strong concentration in the technology sector, where he has completed transactions for established companies, high-growth startups, and a growing roster of businesses in artificial intelligence, robotics, and other evolving industries.
Bennett lives in San Francisco’s Mission District.
